We offer complimentary shipping within Europe. For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to payment.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, as each chandelier is made to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production and delivery. We always strive to dispatch your Murano chandelier as promptly as possible.

Our standard frame finish is patinated chrome. You may also choose between Chrome without patina, matte gold or polished gold finish. You can read more about selecting a frame here.

Each chandelier is carefully packed and shipped via DHL Express or FedEx directly from our glassmaster in Italy. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Yes, all of our chandeliers are newly crafted to order. Handcrafted by skilled artisans with over 20 years of experience in glassmaking.

Light bulbs are not included. The required bulb type and quantity are specified in the product description.

Each chandelier is securely packed in a reinforced box with custom Styrofoam inserts and bubble wrap to ensure maximum protection during transit.
