We are required to store your order information for accounting reasons and for any return or warranty handling. After ten years, the history is deleted. Your personal information is processed at all times in accordance with applicable legislation, to which you as a user consent.
Profile creation:
When you create a profile with us, we store the following information: Name, username, password, email, phone number, address, order history and payment method. This information is only available to Murano Studio and our operating provider, and is never shared with third parties. If you have registered a user account with us, all information related to it, which is not required by law to be stored, will be automatically deleted if you deregister your account.
Access and rights:
Credit card and personal information is only processed by third parties in accordance with applicable guidelines. Murano Studio does not have access to or insight into this information. You have the right to full access to your personal information and can at any time request an overview of it in accordance with applicable legislation. You can also request the deletion or correction of your personal information, provided that we are not obliged to store it in accordance with the legislation. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you feel that your personal information is not being processed in accordance with this statement.
Handling of shipping information:
Murano Studio collaborates with a third party for the transportation of goods. The shipping company we use only has access to personal information that is absolutely necessary for them to be able to deliver the goods to you in a satisfactory manner: Name, address, telephone number and desired delivery location. This information is deleted within 36 months.
Use of cookies:
